The Leap Into The Deep
A Golden Retriever wearing a navy-blue police vest pushes off from the open door of a hovering helicopter. He navigates the wind shear, his body angling downward toward the deck of a cargo ship below.
The dog lands firmly on the metal grating of the container ship. He immediately finds his stride, his paws hitting the deck as he breaks into a gallop.
Two uniformed officers run alongside the dog. They weave between rows of stacked cargo containers, moving with purpose across the ship’s surface.

He approaches a large shark moving through the water. Instead of retreating, the dog reaches the animal and hops directly onto its back.
The Golden Retriever maintains his balance on the shark as it cruises through the open water. A sudden, massive explosion erupts behind them, sending plumes of fire and water into the sky.
The dog remains steady on the shark’s back, his gaze fixed forward even as the shockwaves ripple across the surface. The scene transitions as the dog nears the ship again.
He swims toward a lowered boarding ramp hanging off the side of the vessel. The dog scrambles up the metal incline, shaking the water from his fur as he reaches the deck.
A waiting officer drops to his knees. He reaches out, wrapping both arms around the dog’s neck and pressing his face into the dog’s wet, golden coat as the dog wags his tail.
